Wine of controlled origin, Leithaberg DAC, dry, contains sulphites

An elegant, juicy Pinot Blanc with aromas of ripe stone fruit, pear and nutty spice. Harmonious and elegant on the palate, it is an ideal accompaniment to food, especially fish and poultry.

Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fresh meadow herbs, a hint of orange zest and some pear, nutty touch. Juicy, full-bodied, ripe white stone fruit, fine acid structure, complex and well-adhering, sure development potential, great value for money. (tasted by Peter Moser, Falstaff)

Weißburgunder ist ein besonders vielseitiger Begleiter zu feinen Speisen. Seine elegante Frucht, die ausgewogene Struktur und die angenehme Frische harmonieren mit vielen Gerichten der leichten Küche.

Sehr gut passt er zu Fisch, Meeresfrüchten oder gebratenem Geflügel. Auch Spargelgerichte, feine Gemüsegerichte oder Pasta mit hellen Saucen greifen die elegante Art des Weins schön auf.

Ebenso begleitet er milden Käse und mediterrane Gerichte auf angenehme Weise.
