Meticulously harvested by hand on October 8, 2021, carefully processed and carefully aged in small oak barrels. Bottled on May 16, 2023 in 850 bottles and large bottles

Strong ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle ochre rim. Delicate orange zest and caramel, with red cherries, nuances of plums and orange zest, a hint of nougat. Juicy, red berry and freshly structured, pleasant sweetness, lively acidity, mineral and clingy, already accessible, a charming food companion. (tasted by Peter Moser, Falstaff)
