Quality wine, Burgenland, dry, contains sulphites

Rosé wine is enjoying increasing popularity thanks to its freshness, its fragrant and spicy aromas and its animating color. It has long since overcome its reputation as “neither fish nor fowl.”

Our rosé is made primarily from Blaufränkisch grapes. It is light pink in color. The bouquet is fresh and stimulatingly spicy with aromas of red berries. On the palate it is rich, playful, fruity and spicy with refreshing acidity.

Passt ideal zu mediterranen Gerichten, gegrilltem Fisch oder hellem Fleisch – ein Wein für Frühling, Sommer und darüber hinaus.

Rezepttipp: Gebratene Garnelen mit Zitronen-Kräuterbutter und mediterranem Gemüse.

Serviervorschlag: Gut gekühlt bei 8–10 °C servieren, am besten im schlanken Weißweinglas für maximale Frische und Aromatik.
