Quality wine, Burgenland, dry, contains sulphites

Rosé wine is enjoying increasing popularity thanks to its freshness, its fragrant and spicy aromas and its animating color. It has long since overcome its reputation as “neither fish nor fowl.”

Our rosé is made primarily from Blaufränkisch grapes. It is light pink in color. The bouquet is fresh and stimulatingly spicy with aromas of red berries. On the palate it is rich, playful, fruity and spicy with refreshing acidity.

Ideally suited to Mediterranean dishes, grilled fish or light meats – a wine for spring, summer and beyond.

Recipe tip: Fried shrimp with lemon and herb butter and Mediterranean vegetables.

Serving suggestion: Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C, ideally in a slim white wine glass for maximum freshness and aroma.
