CUVÉE RIED FÖLLIKBERG 2018

The Ried Föllikberg is an alluvial cone near Großhöflein. Our oldest Blaufränkisch vines thrive on its heavy, calcareous soil. In combination with some Zweigelt, this creates a powerful, spicy red wine.

Strong ruby ​​garnet, violet reflections, broader edge brightening. Ripe cherries with delicate caramel notes, delicate figs, floral touch. Medium-bodied, fine acid structure, mineral, fine tannins, berry fruit on the finish, already easy to drink. (tasted by Peter Moser, Falstaff)
